DRIZZY SPROUTS LAUNCH SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
- AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT MAY BE REQUIRED IF REQUESTED BY SPONSOR.
- BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING) IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CREATE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, SUCH CONTRACT INCLUDES A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
SPONSOR: Drizzy Pty Limited, 90 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10016 (“Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Drizzy Sprouts Launch Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and have reached the age of majority in their respective states of residence. The following are not eligible: (i) employees, officers, directors, agents, independent contractors, and representatives of Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies; and (ii) the immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of any persons described in (i) above. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 20, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
HOW TO ENTER: Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes by one of the following two methods:
- Purchase Entry: Be sure to set up an account with Sprouts Farmers Market stores (“Sprouts”). During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase a bottle of Drizzy Peanut Butter 19.4 oz at any participating Sprouts location. Perform the following steps:
- Go to https://getdrizzy.co/pages/sproutslaunchwinflightstoaustralia
- Upload your digital receipt or submit a photo of your paper receipt.
- Enter your name and email address and click the “Submit” button.
A qualifying purchase and completed submission earns one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person/account during the Sweepstakes period, regardless of the number of bottles purchased, receipts submitted, purchases made, or entry method used. Purchasing more than one bottle or making more than one qualifying purchase will not result in additional entries or increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
2. Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) — No Purchase Necessary: Eligible entrants may enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase by hand-printing their full name, complete mailing address (street, city, state, zip code), date of birth, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mailing it in a stamped envelope to: Drizzy Sprouts Launch Sweepstakes, 936 SW 1st Avenue, PMB 180, Miami, FL 33130. Each properly completed and received AMOE earns one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. AMOE must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and must be received by Sponsor no later than September 20, 2026. Entries received after September 20, 2026 will not be eligible, regardless of postmark date.
Limit one (1) entry per person/account across all entry methods combined during the Sweepstakes Period. An entrant may enter either through the Purchase Entry method or the Alternative Method of Entry, but may not receive more than one (1) entry in total. The choice of entry method will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, and/or any other methods will void all of that person’s entries for the Sweepstakes, and that person may be disqualified. Entries submitted by anyone other than the entrant are void. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged, or incomplete entries.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive the following prize package:
- Round-trip, economy-class airfare for winner and one (1) guest to Sydney, Australia. (ARV: $2,780.)
- A Visa® gift card in the amount of $2,000, intended to cover hotel accommodations, food, and other expenses while in Australia. (ARV: $2,000.)
Total ARV of Prize Package: $4,780.
Prize Details. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be either (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older or (ii) the child or legal ward of the winner. Travel dates shall be determined by Sponsor, in good-faith collaboration with winner; travel dates are subject to availability. Travel must be reserved through Sponsor by December 14, 2026, and Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Air travel will be from a major domestic airport near the winner’s place of residence as determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must possess any and all necessary valid travel documents (e.g., valid passport, government-issued photo ID, visa if required, credit card, etc.) before departure. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining all such travel documents. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. If potential winner or guest is unavailable to travel during the designated time frame for any reason, or if winner or guest does not possess valid travel documents, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind, and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries in a random drawing.
Prize fulfilment is subject to availability and applicable restrictions. Prize may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned, or redeemed for cash value. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, gift cards, or certificates. Once travel arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes, and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and any unused element of the prize will be forfeited.
Any and all costs or expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including, but not limited to, round-trip transportation between the winner/guest’s residence and the departure airport, lodging in Australia, meals, alcoholic beverages, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, excursions, souvenirs, and internet/telephone calls that are not expressly included in the prize. Winner will receive a Visa gift card in the amount of $2,000, which Sponsor intends to be used for such costs and expenses.
Travel is subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates, and Sponsor’s approval as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Airline carrier regulations and conditions apply. The actual value of the prize package is expected to vary based on the point of departure, date and time of travel, airfare fluctuations, and accommodation pricing. If the actual value of the prize is less than stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored.
PLEASE NOTE: All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Where not prohibited, affidavit of eligibility (including SSN), prize acceptance form, tax information, publicity release, and/or mutually acceptable liability releases may be required from winner and winner’s guest. Prize is not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or greater approximate retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Because the value of the prize exceeds $2,000, the winner’s social security number or taxpayer I.D. will be required in order to issue a Form 1099-MISC showing prize ARV as income to winner. Winner will also be required to return a properly completed IRS W-9 form within the time period specified by Sponsor. Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. All costs and expenses not specified herein relating to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
SELECTION OF WINNER AND ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) potential prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about October 1, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor in accordance with these Official Rules, whose decisions on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are binding and final.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided with their Purchase Entry, which Sponsor may cross-reference against the entrant’s Sprouts account and qualifying purchase information for verification purposes, or via the contact information provided in their AMOE submission. If any winner notification remains unanswered for more than five (5) business days, the prize will be automatically forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete, or illegible contact information or for failure of a potential winner to contact Sponsor after being selected as a winner. A potential winner unwilling to accept the prize, or to otherwise agree to the terms of the prize award, will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner will be chosen in a random drawing.
To be confirmed a winner, the selected entrant must: (i) respond as instructed within five (5) business days of notification; and (ii) if requested by Sponsor, execute and return within the time period specified by Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release, and Release of Liability that includes, without limitation, acceptance of the prize, tax information, and/or mutually acceptable liability releases, except where prohibited by law. If the selected entrant cannot be confirmed a winner for any reason, or if the required documents are not fully completed within the specified time or are returned as undeliverable, he/she may be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries in a random drawing. If any prize remains unclaimed after three (3) potential winners have been notified, the prize may remain unawarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Upon responding to Sponsor’s notification, Sponsor will provide winner with instructions on prize fulfillment.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s consent that his or her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data may be used by Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.
ENTRANTS’ AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY OFFICIAL RULES: By entering, entrant agrees that he/she has read, accepted, and will abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Sweepstakes, rule interpretation, or the awarding of the prize shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, agencies, wholesalers, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of any of the above organizations (“Releasees”) from any injury, loss, or damage to person, including death, or property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, including but not limited to travel or participation in the Sweepstakes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible for, and each entrant releases and holds harmless the Releasees from and against, any and all losses, damages, actions, demands, liabilities, or claims of whatever nature or kind arising out of or in connection with a prize or any portion thereof or this Sweepstakes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasees will not be responsible for any typographical or other error in the printed or other related material related to this Sweepstakes, the administration of the Sweepstakes, the selection of entrants, in the announcement of the prize, including erroneous appearance of qualification for the prize, any entries or entrants disqualified for any of the reasons stated in these Official Rules, or any loss, damage, or claims caused by, or in any way related to the prize or the Sweepstakes itself.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND TO BAN OR DISQUALIFY SUCH PERSON FROM THIS AND FUTURE SWEEPSTAKES.
DISPUTES REGARDING THE IDENTITY OF ENTRANT: Entries will be deemed made by the authorized Sprouts account holder or the person whose name appears on the AMOE submission. In the event of a dispute, the selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the identified Sprouts account or the person who submitted the AMOE.
CHANGES TO SWEEPSTAKES, OFFICIAL RULES, ETC.: Under no circumstances will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Sweepstakes, or to amend the Official Rules at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes as contemplated by these Official Rules. If for any reason Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or any order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, in its sole and absolute discretion, to award the prize from among all entries received to date.
DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: THIS PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ONLY ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE NEW YORK LAW. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS SITUATED IN NEW YORK; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, BUT IN NO EVENT MAY A CLAIM BE MADE FOR ATTORNEYS’ FEES; (3) NO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, MAY BE AWARDED (COLLECTIVELY, “SPECIAL DAMAGES”); AND (4) ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM SPECIAL DAMAGES AND ALL RIGHTS TO SUCH DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED. NEW YORK LAW, WITHOUT REFERENCE TO CHOICE OF LAW RULES, GOVERNS THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL ASPECTS RELATED THERETO.
RULES GOVERN: The Sweepstakes will be run in accordance with these Official Rules, which shall prevail, govern, and control in the event of any inconsistency with any Sweepstakes-related materials.
PRIVACY: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the prize winner, and fulfill the prize, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://getdrizzy.co/privacy-policy.
WINNERS’ LIST: To receive any legally required name of the winner and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a legal-size, self-addressed, stamped envelope within ninety (90) days of the end of the Sweepstakes to: Drizzy Sprouts Launch Sweepstakes – Winner’s List, 936 SW 1st Avenue, PMB 180, Miami, FL 33130.
